Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Taroviser advertising platform operated by Hygiene Software and Digital Ads Limited, the company operating Taroviser ("Taroviser", "we", "us"), registered in Hong Kong at West Wing 2/F, 822 Lai Chi Kok Road, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon. By creating an account or running campaigns, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use Taroviser. By registering you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf or are authorised to bind the company you represent.

Taroviser serves the iGaming and gambling advertising sector. You are responsible for ensuring your offers are lawful in every market you target.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

We may require identity or business verification (KYC) before or after activation, and may suspend accounts pending review.

3. Campaigns and moderation

All campaigns are subject to review. We may approve, reject, pause or remove any campaign or creative that violates these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

You are solely responsible for your landing pages, creatives, tracking and the legality of your offers in each targeted geography.

4. Payments and wallet

Campaigns are funded from your prepaid wallet. Deposits are converted to campaign spend as traffic is delivered. Minimum deposits and accepted payment methods are described on our Payments page.

Except where required by law or our refund commitments (such as confirmed invalid traffic), deposits and spend are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, malicious or prohibited content as set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taroviser is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the preceding three months.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance. Either party may terminate the relationship; outstanding wallet balances are handled in line with our refund and compliance policies.
